Beth Shirey

Beth Shirey has a diverse work experience in various leadership and training roles. Beth recently joined Trimble Inc. as the Senior Director of Sales Enablement for the Construction Sector. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Learning & Enablement at Trimble Viewpoint. Before joining Trimble, Beth held the position of Director of Sales Learning & Development at Viewpoint Construction Software. Beth also served as the Director of Learning Services, where they managed the Learning Services team responsible for customer and partner training, employee training and development, and product documentation. Beth started their own consulting business, Beth Allen Consulting, where they partnered with companies to improve their performance through management and communications training. Beth also possesses experience in the real estate industry as the Director of Training at Harsch Investment Properties, where they established training programs and conducted internal webinars. Beth began their career at Intel as a Training Manager, where they gained extensive experience in training and development.
