Caszandra Warn is a Customer Success Manager at Viewpoint since November 2021 and has been the Owner of Miss B Jewellery since November 2017. Prior experience includes roles at Parkside Academy as a Reprographics Assistant from September 2019 to October 2021, and a series of positions at 4Projects by Viewpoint from January 2012 to September 2017, including Client Services Liaison Owner EMEA, Customer Liaison Manager, and Support Manager. Prior to that, Caszandra worked as a Support Analyst at 4Projects from July 2008 to January 2012, delivering client and end-user support, and as an Account Liaison Executive and 1st Line Support Analyst during a university placement from July 2006 to August 2007. Caszandra holds a degree in Business Information Systems from Northumbria University, earned between 2004 and 2008.
