Jennifer Allison

GC Jennifer Allison leads the legal teams at Viewpoint. She has extensive experience in both employment and business law with a focus on fostering a business environment where ethics and integrity are held as core values.

Most recently, she was General Counsel for internet security firm Tripwire, and was known for achieving results in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, providing solutions-oriented legal advice and collaborating with Sales and Finance teams to ensure timely and predicable revenue recognition. Prior, Jennifer was Assistant General Counsel and Director of Corporate Compliance & Human Resources at EthicsPoint (now NAVEX Global) where she helped establish the first in-house legal department.

Jennifer received her Bachelor’s degree in English Literature from Portland State University and her JD from Lewis & Clark Law School. During law school, she focused primarily on employment law and had the honor of clerking for Justice R. William Riggs at the Oregon Supreme Court.
