Kenneth Young has a significant amount of experience in program management and executive roles within the software development industry. Kenneth has held positions in various companies, including Viewpoint Construction Software, Aspen Technology, Andera, CA Technologies, Concord Communications, Raytheon - Communication Systems, and GE.

At Viewpoint Construction Software, Young served as the VP PMO & Hosted Operations, overseeing worldwide development projects and release management. Kenneth'sresponsibilities also included the management of hosted operations for all company products.

As the Vice President of Program Management Office for Worldwide Product Development at Aspen Technology, Young led a cultural transformation in product management, development, testing, and deployment. Kenneth reported directly to the CTO and was responsible for developing enterprise, desktop, and mobile products for the design and control of chemical processing facilities.

In their role as Vice President of Client Services at Andera, Young reported to the CTO and was tasked with restructuring the Client Services organization and processes. Kenneth focused on improving productivity, product deployments, and customer satisfaction. Young also oversaw agile development of SAAS products for opening new bank accounts.

During their tenure at CA Technologies, Young held the position of Vice President of Program Management and Process & Quality for Worldwide R&D. Kenneth established the Central Program Management Office to enhance project execution across all projects for a large team of engineers. Additionally, they implemented the Product Quality Initiative to drive improvements in testing and address customer issues promptly.

Young was also the Vice President of Program Management at Concord Communications, where they established a Program Management Office to transform the R&D organization into a world-class software development environment. Kenneth'sefforts resulted in increased maturity, improved project planning, schedule predictability, and higher productivity for the company.

Prior to Concord Communications, Young worked at Raytheon - Communication Systems as a Senior Engineering Manager and Business Group Manager. In these roles, they managed the design of innovative software and systems for satellite communication and networking, developed business strategies, and led successful marketing campaigns.

Young began their career at GE as a Software Project Manager. Kenneth led various projects related to digital signal processing software and systems, including the development of embedded microprocessors and software for high-speed systems. Kenneth also played a key role in designing the architecture for a fiber optic communications network.
