Leah Butcher

Leah Butcher is a Technical Support Specialist with extensive experience in providing technical assistance across various industries. Currently at Viewpoint since February 2023, Leah supports the Analytics and Team product, utilizing SQL queries and troubleshooting techniques to resolve customer issues. Previously, Leah worked at Corpay from September 2021 to February 2023, where expertise was demonstrated in troubleshooting and tracking complex software issues related to AP Automation software. Prior experience includes serving as a District Technology Support Technician for Rock Hill School District from June 2012 to June 2021, supporting a diverse range of hardware and software while implementing custom solutions for 27 schools and offices. Leah holds an Associate's Degree in Arts and has completed additional classes in Computer Programming at York Technical College.
