Ryan S. is an experienced software development professional with a diverse background in both software engineering and education. Currently serving as a Software Development Engineer at Trimble Inc. since November 2021, Ryan focuses on integrating technology to improve various industries. Prior experience includes roles at PDI Software as a Software Engineer, where responsibilities involved developing new features and providing support, and at DM2 Software as an Application Programmer, specializing in petroleum industry modules for Sage 100 ERP. Ryan also has a significant teaching background, having worked as a Mathematics Teacher for Evergreen Public Schools and as an Associate Professor of Mathematics at Clark College. Ryan holds a Master’s Degree in Secondary Education and Teaching from Concordia University-Portland and a Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics from Portland State University.
