Susan Blackburn is currently serving as the EVP, Chief Solutions Officer at Viewpointe, where Susan leads the solution strategy, innovation, and management practice. Prior to this role, Susan held various leadership positions at Conduent and SunTrust, where Susan was responsible for solution innovation, client program management, enterprise operations strategy, consumer business transformation, consumer risk and compliance, consumer advocacy, integration, and implementations in the financial services sector. Susan has a strong background in driving business value, growth, and efficiency across multiple lines of business.
