Ian Griffin

Ian Griffin has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades.

Ian started their career as an Applications Developer at Atkins in 2002, where they developed applications and maintained existing ones using Classic ASP and ASP. Ian then moved on to become a Senior Software Developer I, where they took on larger-scale projects and coordinated with development staff across multiple functional areas within the clients' organization.

After spending seven years in a single client's office, Ian transitioned to Atkins' offices as a Senior Software Developer II, working on multiple client projects simultaneously. Ian collaborated with business analysts, project managers, and dedicated test staff to successfully implement custom software products.

In 2011, Ian became a Software Development Manager at Atkins, managing software developers, projects, and clients. Ian was responsible for seeking and developing proposals for new work. Ian later advanced to the role of Senior Software Development Manager, where they managed a team of software developers spread across the country and ensured client needs were exceeded.

In 2015, Ian joined Sears Home Improvement Products as a Senior Software Developer, where they led the technical direction of software development projects across the organization. Ian implemented source control and build management systems and worked towards a continuous improvement process.

Ian's most recent role was at Viewpost, where they held various positions. Ian started as a Software Engineer in 2017, implementing product features on a platform that combined social networking with B2B invoicing and electronic payments. Ian then became a Solutions Architect, collaborating with partners to develop technical solutions for integration with Viewpost. Finally, they served as the Director of Client and Partner Services, ensuring client and partner success and identifying opportunities for improving product offerings.

Throughout their career, Ian has demonstrated their expertise in software development, project management, and client engagement.

Ian Griffin attended the University of South Florida from 1999 to 2001, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Information Systems Management.
