Marcus Mollersten

Marcus Mollersten has a diverse work experience, starting at Accenture as a Senior Consultant from 1993 to 1996. Marcus then worked at BearingPoint for a decade, starting as an analyst and subject matter expert before progressing to Senior Manager. At BearingPoint, they focused on business transformation for investment banker and asset-based lending clients, while also mentoring colleagues. Following this, Marcus became the President of Great Nordic Design from 2006 to 2009. Marcus then served as the Chief Operating Officer of a confidential company from 2009 to 2012, where their responsibilities included running operations, contributing to strategy, and ensuring client satisfaction. Marcus joined Viewpost in 2013 as the SVP & Director of Operational Planning and Performance, responsible for promoting product and business growth through establishing metrics and providing analytics. Marcus also implemented planning processes and OKRs across teams and individuals for alignment with the overall strategy. Marcus briefly founded enluma AB in 2018 to drive business results through machine learning and analytics with the help of a professional network. Currently, they hold the position of Chief Operating Officer at Viewpost, which they assumed in August 2018.

Marcus Mollersten completed an Executive Certificate in Artificial Intelligence: Implications for Business Strategy at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in May 2019. Marcus achieved an "exceptional" rating during this program. Prior to this, Marcus earned a Master of Science degree in Computer Science and Technology from The Faculty of Engineering at Lund University, which they completed between 1989 and 1993.
