Nicholas has a comprehensive background in EHS roles, having worked as an EHS Coordinator at Lippert Components, Inc., and as an EHS Technician at Federal-Mogul Powertrain prior to that. Nicholas also has experience in coaching, serving as the Assistant Track and Field Coach at Goshen College, specializing in throwing events. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Political Science and Government and an Associate's degree in Criminal Justice Technology from The University of Akron. Additionally, Nicholas has experience in emergency management, including the development of emergency action plans during an internship at The University of Akron.
