Clara Olivia

Clara Olivia has a diverse work experience in the field of marketing communications and public relations. Clara most recently worked as a Marketing Communications Executive at ViewSonic starting in August 2020. Prior to that, they held the position of Assistant Manager Marketing Communications at KidZania Jakarta from July 2018 to March 2020, where they supervised and monitored various marketing tools to support sales and build the image of the company. Clara also worked as a Senior Marketing & Public Relations professional at NOVAON from April 2017 to July 2018. Before that, Clara worked at Agrakom PR as a Public Relations Consultant from January 2016 to April 2017, where they gained experience in areas such as writing, client relationship management, press relations, project management, and research. Clara also briefly served as an Associate Consultant at Agrakom PR from June 2013 to December 2015, where they further developed their skills in client relationship management, media knowledge, and project management. Clara began their career as an intern at InterMatrix Communications in September 2012.

Clara Olivia has a Master's Degree in Marketing Communication from the LSPR Communication and Business Institute, which they obtained from 2015 to 2016. Prior to that, they received a Bachelor's Degree in Public Relations from the same institute, from 2009 to 2013.

In addition to their degrees, Clara has obtained several certifications. In 2017, they received certifications in Digital Sales, AdWords Search, AdWords Shopping, AdWords Video, AdWords Display, and Analytics from Google. Clara also obtained certifications in Mobile Site in the same year. In 2015, Clara obtained a certification in Social Media for Business from City & Guilds, and in 2011, they obtained certifications in Award in Customer Service from City & Guilds and Certificate in Public Relations from LCCI International Qualifications. Additionally, in 2011, they obtained a certification in English for Business Communication from City & Guilds.
