Diamond Chuang

Diamond Chuang's work experience started in 2010 as an Executive Assistant at KMPS International Co., Ltd. There, they processed online quotations and maintained product records.

In 2011, Diamond became an International Business Specialist at KMPS International Co., Ltd. Diamond acquired new customers, launched new products, and managed booth operations at international trade shows.

From 2012 to 2013, Diamond worked as a Business Coordinator at Test Rite. Diamond generated purchase proposals, collaborated with purchasers, and completed business decoration projects.

In 2017, Diamond became a Program Specialist at HeartShare Human Services of New York. Diamond developed visualization plans, oversaw administrative tasks, and facilitated communication with stakeholders.

From 2018 to 2019, Diamond worked as a Marketing Executive at UBM Asia Ltd. Diamond provided marketing solutions for global events, organized promotions, and managed company PR.

In 2019, Diamond joined Gamania Digital Entertainment as a Product Manager. Diamond led a team, expanded product reach, and utilized big data for market analysis.

In 2020, Diamond started at ViewSonic as a Traffic Manager, ensuring project schedules, resolving issues, and developing project training. Diamond then became the Global Marketing Operations Manager, overseeing branding projects, providing guidance to product marketing teams, and optimizing workflow.

Currently, Diamond holds the position of Global Marketing Operations Manager at ViewSonic.

Diamond Chuang earned a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Roosevelt University, where they studied from 2015 to 2017. Prior to their MBA, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Fu Jen Catholic University, completing their studies from 2007 to 2012. In addition to their academic achievements, Diamond also earned the certification of Leadership Graduate from ViewSonic in April 2023.
