James Tsao

James Tsao has extensive experience in sales and business development in the technology industry. James currently holds the position of Senior Sales Manager at ViewSonic, where they lead the sales team for the Philippines and Bangladesh and is responsible for business development in the education sector across the Asia Pacific region. Prior to this, they worked at Newline Interactive as a Senior Sales Manager, focusing on business development for interactive flat panel solutions and managing business partners in Vietnam, Thailand, Malaysia, Hong Kong, and Singapore. James also served as a Manager at ADATA Technology Co., Ltd. for a year before joining ViewSonic in 2014 as a Sales Manager. In that role, they handled business development in South Korea, managed distributors in South Asia, and oversaw channel and tender management. Before that, they worked at BenQ Asia Pacific as a Country Sales Manager for five years, where they carried out business development, distributor management, and channel and tender management in South Asia. James began their career as a Sales Specialist at FSP Technology Inc. in 2007.

James Tsao completed their Master of Business Administration in International Trade with a specialization in International Economics from Chung Yuan Christian University between 2003 and 2005. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor's degree in IT management from Fu Jen Catholic University, where they studied from 1998 to 2003. In terms of additional certifications, they earned the qualification of Leadership Trainer from ViewSonic in April 2023.
