Karol Rodriguez's work experience begins in 2019 at DOSYS BPO & CONTACT CENTER, where they served as a Recruitment Specialist responsible for overseeing all hiring activities and ensuring a positive candidate experience. In 2020, they worked as a Consultant at FUMATREP, conducting a comprehensive strategic diagnosis and developing a strategic plan for the foundation. In 2021, they were an English Second Language Teacher at Giraffe English.
