Krishan Sharma has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Starting in 2002, they worked in technical and user support for the NHS. From 2003 to 2004, they served as a technical support specialist at Mesh Computers. In 2004, they worked as a help desk analyst at Principal IT. Krishan then briefly held the position of a server/desktop support engineer at Kudos Entertainment/International Artists in 2005. From 2005 to 2009, Krishan worked as a technical account manager/technical analyst at Fabric Technologies, managing support contracts and ensuring client satisfaction. In 2009, they gained experience as a technical support engineer, administering various technologies, at an undisclosed company. Krishan joined ViewSonic in 2011 and held multiple roles there. As an IT manager/technical marketing manager from 2014 to 2019, they oversaw IT operations, network infrastructure, and technical support, both pre- and post-sales. Krishan then transitioned to a technical solutions manager role and later became an assistant product marketing manager. In these roles, Krishan coordinated technical deliverables, provided technical expertise to support sales and marketing efforts, and collaborated with internal teams and clients. From 2021 to 2022, Krishan worked as a pre-sales technical/bid manager at ADXBA, supporting the sales team and ensuring high-quality technical proposals and bids. In 2023, they returned to ViewSonic as a technical product manager.

Krishan attended Kingsbury High School, where they completed their GCSEs in Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, English, and Design & Communication. After completing their GCSEs, they moved on to St Mary's Church of England Sixth Form, where they pursued A-Levels in Physics, Chemistry, and Maths.

In addition to their secondary education, Krishan also obtained certifications in various fields. Krishan gained a Certification in CompTia Network+ from CompTIA and became a Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician from Microsoft. Krishan also received First Aid At Work training from St Johns Ambulance.

Furthermore, Krishan attended the University of Hertfordshire, where they pursued a Higher National Diploma (HND) in Computer Science.

To enhance their professional skills, Krishan obtained a certification in Strategic Thinking from LinkedIn in February 2021.
