Sam Shen

Sam Shen has a strong background in software development and engineering. Sam started their career in 2010 at Test Research, Inc. as a Senior Software Engineer, where they focused on Windows applications development using Win32API/MFC/C++. Sam worked there until 2016.

From 2016 to 2018, Sam worked at ELAN MICROELECTRONICS CORPORATION. Sam started as an Engineer, responsible for Windows touchpad driver development and sustainment. Later, they were promoted to Supervisor, where they led a Windows driver team working with customers such as DELL and LG.

In 2018, Sam joined ViewSonic as a Senior Software Developer. Their responsibilities included developing and refactoring monitor calibration applications using Qt/C++. Sam also integrated various color sensor control SDK and monitor pattern display for OTA flow. In 2019, they were promoted to Assistant Manager and became responsible for leading a software module development team for cross-platform application modules, Win10 driver, and Mac plugin. Additionally, they worked on making monitor calibration products available online for the Mac version. Sam is currently continuing their work at ViewSonic.

Sam Shen attended National Taiwan University from 2004 to 2008, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Information Engineering. They then went on to pursue further education at National Taiwan University from 2008 to 2010, earning a Master's degree in Information Engineering.
