Byron McCray has a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Stony Brook University. Starting as a Bartender at Dave & Buster's Inc., they progressed to become a Kitchen Coordinator at Insignia Prime Steak and Sushi before moving on to be a Paralegal at RAS Boriskin, LLC. Eventually, they transitioned to a Senior Account Manager at Better.com, followed by a Business Development Manager role at Experis. Currently, Byron serves as the Head of Talent Acquisition at Viewstats, where they support the Chief of Staff in managing people ops and oversee the full hiring processes for the company.
