Andy Liao

Andy Liao, CFA, CFP, is an accomplished financial professional with extensive experience in business development and fintech. Currently serving as Regional Manager at ViewTrade Holding Corp. since December 2017, Andy focuses on expanding the Asia market and developing innovative financial technologies such as Smartetf. As a member of the Supervisory Board and Chair of the Membership Committee at CFA Society Taiwan, alongside co-founding the 中華金融科技產業發展促進會, Andy actively contributes to the fintech community. Previously, at President Securities Corp., leadership roles included Head of SMARTETF, where Andy launched a successful agile team and developed profitable investment strategies leveraging AI. Andy has also taught over 1,000 bankers on personal finance and investment as a lecturer for FPSB China, and has a background in wealth management from SinoPac Securities. Andy holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Finance from National Taiwan University.
