Peter Baek, MD MS

Peter Baek, MD, MS has a diverse work experience in the field of anesthesiology. Peter founded Vigilant Software in 2015 and continues to hold a leadership role in the company. From 2011 to 2021, they worked as an anesthesiologist at Peter Baek, MD PA, where they provided anesthesia services. Peter also worked as an anesthesiologist at US Anesthesia Partners from 2018 to 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Pinnacle Anesthesia Consultant from 2006 to 2011, and served as an anesthesiologist in the United States Air Force from 2002 to 2006.

Peter Baek, MD, MS completed their Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering and Electrical Engineering at Johns Hopkins Whiting School of Engineering from 1990 to 1994. Peter then pursued their Doctor of Medicine (MD) at Duke University School of Medicine from 1994 to 1998. Subsequently, they completed an Anesthesiology Residency at Duke University School of Medicine from 1998 to 2002. In 2012, Peter earned their Masters of Science in Healthcare Management from The University of Texas at Dallas.
