Bryon Bailey

Bryon Bailey is an accomplished sales professional with over 10 years of experience in the IT and compliance industries. Bryon currently serves as the Associate Director of the Workers' Comp Retro Program at VIGILANT, a national insurance company. Prior to joining VIGILANT, Bryon held sales leadership positions at Kforce Inc, a human capital solutions company specializing in IT, and NAVEX Global, an enterprise SaaS provider specializing in governance, risk and compliance.

At Kforce, Bryon was responsible for both account management and acquisition roles, consistently meeting or exceeding KPI's and quotas for recurring and new revenue. Bryon was also successful in winning and managing new clients, including multiple Fortune 1000 accounts.

At NAVEX Global, Bryon closed net new, annual recurring revenue via multi-year contracts and navigated complex procurement procedures, including RFP responses and awards. Bryon also trained, coached and mentored new account executives, establishing best practices.

Bryon holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix.

Bryon Bailey has a B.S. in Ministry from Central Christian College of Kansas. Bryon also has certification from InsideTrack as a Coach Mentor and Master Coach, and from Target Training International as a Professional Behavioral Analyst.
