Scott works directly with members of Vigilant’s Workers’ Comp Retro Group to help them build effective and lasting safety programs. He has a thorough knowledge of safety principles and a broad understanding of the Washington State Workers’ Comp system and the Retrospective Rating program.
As a safety professional, Scott helps provide consultations, customized training classes, safety inspections, ergonomic reviews, job hazard and injury gap analyses, and safety compliance. He also assists Vigilant’s leadership team with developing action plans to strengthen the performance of the retro group through in-depth financial and performance analysis.
