Robert Kirwin

Robert Kirwin is the Chief Executive Officer and co-founder of VigilantCS, a RegTech solution aimed at compliance automation in the financial services sector, since December 2016. With extensive experience in compliance and regulatory frameworks, Kirwin has served as a member of various industry associations, including the Federation of Mutual Fund Dealers and the Investment Industry Association of Canada. Prior to VigilantCS, Kirwin held significant roles such as Director of Corporate Finance at the British Columbia Securities Commission and Vice President, General Counsel, and Chief Compliance Officer at MD Physician Services. Kirwin's career also includes founding One Step Storage Ltd. and serving as Head of Legal & Compliance at HSBC Investments Canada. Kirwin holds an MBA from York University and an LL.B. from the University of Windsor.
