David Seropian

David Seropian has held various roles in the technology industry since 2004. From 2004-2008, they were a Quality Assurance Engineer and Copy & Technical Writer for Simple Star. At Sonic Solutions from 2008-2009, they were a Quality Assurance Manager. From 2009-2013, they worked as a Freelance Writer. In 2017, they joined Vigilent as a Partner Marketing Manager, Associate Product Manager, and Senior Technical Writer. As an Associate Product Manager, they collaborated on developing product roadmap and prioritizing product backlog, compiled use cases, wrote functional specification, and created wireframes for an online enterprise dashboard. As a Senior Technical Writer, they wrote a comprehensive 200 page user manual for the company's flagship product, delivered in HTML and PDF formats, and created and maintained customer Support Center website featuring FAQs, videos, and downloadable resources. As a Quality Assurance Engineer at Adobe Systems, they performed black box testing of Flash Player and AIR for mobile devices.

David Seropian obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Filmic Writing from the University of Southern California between 1987 and 1991. In 1999, they obtained a State Web Services Certificate from McFatter Technical Center. David also obtained a State Web Services Certification from the State of Florida.
