Emergency Physician and Team Leader: Mobile Surgical Resuscitation Team (MSRT)

Timothy Talbot is an experienced Emergency, EMS, Expedition, and Maritime Physician currently serving as the Lead Physician at McMurdo Station in Antarctica, where they provide comprehensive medical care to station personnel. They are also an Emergency and Maritime Expedition Physician with Quark Expeditions, delivering full-spectrum medical support during travel to polar regions. Timothy has held leadership roles in emergency medicine, including Medical Director positions at both Cullman Regional Medical Center and Blanchfield Army Community Hospital, and has significant military experience as the Battalion Flight Surgeon for the 160th Special Operations Aviation Regiment and as Chief of the Department of Emergency Medicine for the U.S. Army. Timothy holds a Doctor of Medicine from the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences and has contributed to education as a Professor of Emergency Medicine at the Medical College of Georgia at Augusta University.
