Joseph Cooper is a cybersecurity recruiter and co-founder of Aspiron Search, a firm dedicated to connecting technology and cybersecurity startups with top talent. They have previously held leadership roles in recruitment at Iceberg and served as a chartered advisor on the VigiTrust Global Advisory Board. As a co-founder of the FirstStep Cybersecurity Initiative, Joseph advocates for new talent in the cybersecurity field. Joseph holds a degree from Bournemouth University, graduating in 2014.
