Philip Mills

Philip Mills is an experienced IT professional currently serving as the VP of Commercialisation for Defence & Security at Ploughshare. With over 25 years in technical, project management, and commercial roles, Philip has built a robust career across government, academia, and industry. They have a Master’s degree in Software Engineering and have held key positions at various organizations, including Business Development Manager at AePONA Limited and Head of Business Development at the ECIT Global Research Institute. Additionally, Philip is Chairman of the Aerospace, Defence and Security (ADS) NI Defence and Security Special Interest Group and represents the UK Government in international standardisation activities at the ITU.
