Matthieu Him is an experienced professional in innovation and product development. Currently serving as Responsable Innovation at VIGNAL GROUP since March 2022, Matthieu Him focuses on technological and competitive monitoring, trend identification, technical specifications for future products, and intellectual property management. Previously, Matthieu Him held the same position at VIGNAL SESALY from July 2012 to March 2022, where responsibilities included defining the company’s product plan based on identified trends and user interviews, intellectual property guidance, and participation in industry clusters. Matthieu Him's earlier roles include project management of innovative topics as Ingénieur Innovation and expertise in LED and optics as Ingénieur LED et optique, contributing to significant transportation projects. Matthieu Him began the career at La Chanvrière as Ingénieur développement et qualité, focusing on developing plant fiber-based products, and completed a product development internship at Delphi. Matthieu Him holds an engineering degree in Innovation and Management from Ecole Nationale Supérieure en Génie des Systèmes et de l'Innovation (ENSGSI).
