Ramesh Ramu

Ramesh Ramu is an experienced professional in the plastics manufacturing industry, currently serving as an Assistant Production Manager at Vignesh Polymers since February 2025. Prior to this role, Ramesh held various positions at AGI Greenpac, including Senior Engineer in Production, PPC, and SCM, and Production Engineer, where responsibilities included startup and troubleshooting of injection molding as well as ensuring safety and cleanliness on the shop floor. At SRF Limited, Ramesh gained hands-on experience in plastic extrusion compounding and production planning, control, and inventory management. Earlier, Ramesh worked at Roca India as Shift Incharge. Academically, Ramesh holds a PGDPPT in Polymers from the Central Institute of Plastics Engineering & Technology, an MBA in Human Resources Management from Bharathiar University, and a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from the same institution.
