Pedro Souza is a seasoned professional in trade marketing and sales, with experience spanning multiple leadership roles at prominent companies such as Mars, Johnson & Johnson, and Vigor. Currently, they serve as the Head Comercial for Vigor Alimentos in the Norte, Nordeste, and Centro-Oeste regions, overseeing the retail and food service sectors. Pedro's journey began as a young apprentice in a social program, a foundation that shaped their resilience and passion for understanding diverse markets. They hold a Master's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing Management from the Universidade de São Paulo, in addition to several other qualifications in business and logistics.
