Debra Smith

Debra Smith has over 35 years of experience in food safety and hygiene, currently serving as a Global Hygiene Specialist at Vikan A/S since August 2011, and previously held the role of Global R&D Manager focusing on Food Environment Hygiene. Prior to joining Vikan A/S, Debra Smith was a Research Manager at Campden BRI from May 2002 to July 2011, and before that, worked at Defra as a Higher Scientific Officer in Radiological Food Safety Research from February 1988 to September 2004.
