Christopher Flanagan

Christopher Flanagan has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Christopher is currently the Chief Information Officer at Viken Detection, where they work strategically and tactically on critical business processes while protecting the organization from internal and external threats. Prior to this, they served as the VP of IT and Supply Chain Systems for the same company, focusing on building the IT organization from scratch and expanding into a larger office space.

Before joining Viken Detection, Christopher was the Manager of Customer Service & Order Fulfillment at TransMedics, Inc. Here, they took ownership of the order-to-ship process for life-saving customers in a fast-paced environment that required coordination and attention to detail.

Christopher also held multiple roles at Analogic, including Manager CRM, Business Intelligence, and Innovation, where they developed corporate governance around the CRM environment and improved the integration between CRM and ERP systems. Christopher was also responsible for globally relaunching a guided product configuration tool and training the sales force on CRM usage. Christopher initially worked as a Business Applications Developer at Analogic, architecting a scalable approach for business process management.

Earlier in their career, Christopher worked as a Business Analyst and Business Manager/Analyst at Altran, as well as a Manufacturing Engineer/Supply Chain Analyst at Symmons Industries. In these roles, they gained experience in business analysis, process improvement, and supply chain management.
