Daniel Carter

Daniel Carter is a seasoned operations professional with extensive experience in technology and compliance. Currently serving as the Head of Operations NA at VikingCloud since April 2022, Daniel has also held the position of Compliance Support Manager and Manager of Inside Sales at ControlScan since August 2016. Previously, Daniel contributed to Systems Administrative Services as the Director of Help Desk & Technical Services and Director of Procurement from August 2009 to August 2016. Daniel's career includes roles at Computer Sciences Corporation as a Senior Help Desk Manager and North American Project Manager, and a Help Desk Analyst position at Gulfstream Aerospace. Early experience includes work as a Help Desk Analyst and Desktop Support at Memorial University Medical Center from 1994 to 1997. Daniel holds a Bachelor's degree from Macon State.
