Michael Formberg

Michael Formberg is an experienced operations and process engineer with a solid background in engineering and manufacturing. Since February 2018, Michael has served as Operations Manager and Process Engineer at Viking Forge LLC. Prior to this role, Michael worked at Morrison Products, Inc. as a Manufacturing Engineer from 2017 to February 2018 and spent six years at Solon Manufacturing Company as a Process Engineer, focusing on process improvement and cost savings. Earlier experience includes managing new product initiatives and leading continual improvement projects at Alloy Bellows and Precision Welding from 2006 to 2011, as well as serving as a Tool and Die Design Engineer at Neway Stamping from 2003 to 2006. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering Technology from The University of Akron and an Associate of Arts from Lakeland Community College.
