Simon Scott

Simon Scott has extensive work experience in the maritime industry. Simon started their career at Star Cruises in 2002 as a Second Engineer and later became a First Engineer. From 2009 to 2010, they worked as a Senior First Engineer (Staff Chief) at Fred. Olsen. Simon then joined Seabourn Cruise Line as a First Engineer from 2010 to 2011, and later served as a Staff Chief Engineer from 2011 to 2012. Following this, they worked at Sea Launch as a 2nd Engineer, responsible for daily maintenance and repair, from 2012 to 2014. Simon then joined Viking Ocean Cruises as a Staff Chief Engineer from 2014 to 2016. Currently, they are working at Viking Line as the Chief Engineer.

Simon Scott received a Master's Degree in Marine and Energy Engineering from Aland Institute of Technology, where they studied from 1996 to 2000.
