Ryan Weide

Ryan Weide has extensive work experience in product management and business development. Ryan began their career at Richway Industries as a Product Manager/Sales team member, where they focused on the agricultural and construction markets. Ryan played a pivotal role in developing new technology and was responsible for commercialization, channel development, and tradeshows/reseller development. In 2011, they joined Viking Pump, Inc. as a Product Manager for the Viking External Gear product line. Ryan managed the complete product offering, from conception to commercialization, and utilized corporate tools to support the ever-changing market. Ryan later took on the role of Senior Product Manager - LACT, where they were responsible for the business and customer development, customer relationships, and product line strategy for Viking Pump's LACT/Pipeline Injection Pump products portfolio. Ryan worked closely with cross-functional groups to address customer needs while ensuring the highest quality and reliability of the pumping products. Ryan also served as a Business Line Manager for the Oil & Gas division and the Pipeline Injection Products division at Viking Pump, Inc. In 2023, they transitioned into the role of Director of Global Product Management at Viking Pump, Inc.

Ryan Weide completed their Associate of Arts (AA) degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services at Ellsworth Community College from 2003 to 2005. Ryan then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, with a minor in Economics, at the University of Northern Iowa from 2005 to 2007. Lastly, they obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management from Kaplan University during the academic year 2012-2013.
