Tim Bicket

Tim Bicket has extensive experience in IT and network support spanning over two decades. Currently serving as a JDE Business Analyst and Technical Support Specialist at Viking Pump, Inc. since April 2006, Tim provides both local and remote computer support, including network wiring and software troubleshooting. Tim previously held the position of Vice President/Network Administrator at Staroute Communications, where responsibilities included installing and managing DNS, email, and web servers, alongside website development. Prior experience also includes serving as a Network Administrator at THOM Computer Services, Inc., and a role as an Electronics Sales Rep at Staples. Tim holds a Network Engineering Degree with MCP and MCSE certifications from the American Institute of Commerce, and has pursued education at both Kirkwood Community College and Hawkeye Community College.
