Jon Eastman

Jonathan Eastman is an accomplished educator and leader with extensive experience in leadership development and coaching. Currently serving as President and Director of Leadership Development at VIKOR since February 2020, Jonathan has previously held positions as Quarterback Coach at Lindenwood University and the University of Sioux Falls. Jonathan's coaching career also includes experience as a Graduate Assistant, focusing on offensive line and tight end coaching. Jonathan's commitment to service was demonstrated during a two-year mission in Brazil with The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Academically, Jonathan holds a Doctor of Education in Instructional Leadership and a Master's in Leadership from Lindenwood University, as well as an MBA in Business Administration and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the University of Sioux Falls. This strong educational background complements Jonathan's dedication to instructional and leadership excellence.
