Han Lie

Han Lie has a diverse work experience, starting with a current role as a Frontend Engineer at VIKTOR since May 2022. Prior to that, Han worked at Gemeente Rotterdam as a Software Engineer from December 2019 to May 2022 and as an ICT Trainee from September 2019 to December 2020. Their responsibilities at Gemeente Rotterdam included frontend development and data visualization using JavaScript, Nuxt, Vue, SQL, Python, and R.

Before their time at Gemeente Rotterdam, Han worked as a Game Designer + Developer at DinoVR from July 2016 to October 2017. They collaborated with Naturalis, Leiden University, and Virtual Learning Lab on a research project focused on teaching kids about dinosaur characteristics through effective communication using Unity, C#, and AngularJS.

Han also worked as a VR Developer + Host at Into Virtual from April 2015 to March 2017, and as a Developer at ihatestatistics from April 2014 to June 2014.

Han Lie completed a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Computer Science at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam (VU Amsterdam) from 2010 to 2014. Following this, Han Lie pursued a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Data Science and Technology at Delft University of Technology from 2014 to 2018.
