Femke de Wit

Femke de Wit is the Themacoördinator for persoonsgericht en integraal werken at Vilans, a role they have held since 2014. With extensive experience in health care management, including previous positions as a Policy Officer for Quality of Care at Vereniging Spierziekten Nederland and a Senior Consultant at CBO, Femke focuses on integrating new insights with everyday care practices. They earned a Master of Science in Health Care Management from Erasmus Universiteit Rotterdam and have pursued further education in positive health and organizational psychology. Their commitment lies in co-creating meaningful change in health care through collaboration and innovative strategies.
