Sylvia Wormgoor

Sylvia Wormgoor is an experienced management assistant and office manager with a diverse background in various organizations. Since April 2018, Sylvia has held multiple roles at Vilans, including Management Assistant to the Board of Directors and the Director of Innovation and Research. Prior experience includes serving as Office Manager at Landelijk Netwerk Acute Zorg and Administrative Assistant to the Executive Board at Gemeente Utrecht. Sylvia's career began at Mercedes-Benz NL, where a role as Executive Secretary was undertaken, followed by positions at Fortis Nederland NV and Bakkenist. With a foundation in education from Schoevers College and ongoing studies at ISW Opleidingen, Sylvia has developed a robust skill set over decades of dedicated service in administrative roles.
