Rob Willoughby serves as the Director of Concurrent Engineering at Vilex since January 2022. Prior to this role, Rob accumulated over two decades of experience at Ortho Development Corporation, where responsibilities included Strategic Manufacturing Engineering Manager, Product Development, and BKS System Quality Engineer/Manufacturing Engineer from January 2001 to March 2023. Rob's early experience includes working as a QE/Quality Control Supervisor at Orthofix from 2006 to 2007.
