VILLA MINNA VINEYARD is a small family vineyard in Provence k,own for producing high quality, low quantity and atypical wines. We are working in IGP, out of the specifications of Coteaux d'Aix  appelation. Between Aix en Provence and Salon de Provence, our soil is made of limestone where vines can fully develop their potential. We are doing organic wines. Then we do not use any chimicals. We harvest by hand in order to sort all the grapes. We are only using natural yeast during the process of wine transformation. Our whites are sold 3 years after the harvest and our reds five years, in order to have wine which are ready to drink even though you can also keep them for several years. We are doing wine by passion!
