Villa Pilates is a boutique Pilates studio concept dedicated to intentional movement, combining high-quality instruction, physiotherapy-led care, and education to support long-term strength, mobility, and wellbeing.

Founded in Melbourne, Villa Pilates operates three studios across Carlton, the CBD, and Glen Waverley, offering group classes, private sessions, and physiotherapist-led Pilates in thoughtfully designed, light-filled spaces. Our approach blends classical Pilates principles with contemporary movement science, ensuring sessions are both refined and evidence-informed.

Beyond the studio floor, Villa Pilates is also committed to education and professional development, training the next generation of Pilates instructors through in-person courses and mentorship pathways. Many of our graduates go on to teach locally and internationally, or open their own studios.
