Village Emergency Center has provided quality Emergency Care Services for Adults and Pediatric patients since opening our very first facility, River Oaks Emergency Center in 2010.

Since opening, we have expanded new facilities to help increase our reach in Houston and it's surrounding areas. 

Our Mission as an organization is two-fold: Excellent Emergency care and Community Service.

First, We aim to provide high-quality and compassionate emergency care service to all patients, as we recognize that patients come to us in their most vulnerable time. 

With this in mind, we strive to provide our patients the best experience during difficult times by upholding our Service excellence pledge. Service Excellence at Village Emergency Center is defined as the act of providing exemplary service to every person, every time, in every situation.

In addition, we serve the community as a health advocate and provide emergency services and support to respond to the area’s needs through health education, health promotion and access to care. Consistent with our aim to aid the communities we serve, our facilities bring economic benefits to the city and the region.
