David Celiz

David Celiz is a seasoned professional in civil engineering with extensive experience in project management, construction, and technical office supervision. Currently serving as Jefe de Grupo at CONTRATAS VILOR SL since February 2023, and Jefe de obra at VILOR since November 2016, David has overseen significant projects including the expansion of the Centre de Tractament de Residus de Pedret i Marzà and various infrastructure improvements throughout Catalonia. Previous roles include leadership positions at Estructuras Covismar and Sacyr Vallehermoso, where responsibilities included project oversight, quality control, and technical coordination for the AVE Figueres station.
