Inca Coman is a seasoned venture partner at ARCH Venture Partners, focusing on sourcing and evaluating impactful investment opportunities in biotech and healthcare since September 2020. In addition to this role, Inca co-founded and serves as an advisor at Vilya, which aims to develop innovative medicines targeting disease biology, and co-founded Rippl, holding the position of Head of Business Operations while also taking on the role of VP of Strategy & Innovation. Previously, Inca was a VentureLabs Fellow at Flagship Pioneering and has extensive experience as a consultant with WiSolve Consulting Group and as an R&D Research Scientist at Idaho Bioscience. Educationally, Inca holds a PhD in Neuroscience from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a BA in Biology from Occidental College.
