Patrick Salveson

Patrick Salveson, Ph.D., is a distinguished scientist and technology leader currently serving as Co-founder and Chief Technology Officer at Vilya since August 2022. Prior to this role, Patrick held the position of Senior Fellow at the Institute for Protein Design at the University of Washington from November 2018 to August 2022. Patrick's academic journey includes a Ph.D. in Chemistry from UC Irvine, where notable work included synthesizing and purifying peptides, and involvement in teaching undergraduate courses.
