John Russell

John Russell is a highly experienced software engineer with a strong background in designing and implementing various technology solutions. Currently employed at VIM Technologies Inc. since February 2011, John Russell has developed a windows service for real-time EPA-compliant calculations utilizing a multithreaded architecture for efficiency. Previously, John Russell worked at Bechtel Corporation, where a MVC web application was created to manage sensitive human resource procedures for a chemical weapons demilitarization project. Additional experience includes consulting roles that featured the development of interactive websites and internal applications for organizations such as T2L Productions and the University of Tennessee Medical Center. John Russell's career began at ESC - Environmental Systems Corporation, where contributions were made to the development and maintenance of C# code for electronic data reports to the EPA. John Russell holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Mathematics from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
