Rick McIlwain is an accomplished Vice President of Operations at VIM Technologies Inc. since August 1998, where responsibilities include leading strategic planning, business process improvement, and managing daily operations such as project management, service/support, quality assurance, engineering, and order delivery. Rick has held previous roles at VIM Technologies Inc. as Operations Manager, Product Development Manager, and Senior Systems Engineer. Prior experience includes serving as a Field Service Engineer at Hull Corporation, focusing on the design, installation, and support of Continuous Emissions Monitoring Systems, and as a Sampling/Monitoring Technician at HRWTF, responsible for maintaining facility CEMS and conducting water sample analyses. Rick holds a Master of Science in Data Science from Loyola University Maryland and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Virginia Tech.

We have accommodated 40CFR60, and 40CFR75 Reporting Requirements for the EPA and numerous State Agencies, as well as State Telemetry and Electronic Data Reporting (EDR) for the EPA Acid Rain Program, and OTC NOx Budget Program. We have also developed and installed many MACT I, MACT II, and Boiler MACT applications.
