Massimo Ottavi

Massimo Ottavi has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as Direttore Risorse Umane at Vimar SpA since April 2019. Previously, Massimo held HR Director positions at Magneti Marelli Powertrain and IMA Group, and served as HR Manager at CNH and Ferrari. Early in their career, Massimo worked as Training Manager and HR Assistant at Magneti Marelli, and began in the legal field as a Legal Officer at Sabiem and a Legal Practitioner at Studio Legale Avv. Prof. A. Bonsignori. Massimo Ottavi holds a Master of Business Administration from Profingest and a Bachelor of Laws with honors from Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna.
